					<description>Actually, as far as I understand it, simply having a building covered in green growing things helps to keep the building energy efficent. It naturally reduces the temperature in summer as the plants absorb a lot of the sunlight, and acts as an insulater in winter, keeping the temperature inside warmer/cooler than the outside by up to 6 degrees celsius.</description>

					<description>Maybe when they announce the solar/wind/geothermal -powerplant that will supply this building's electricity and the amount of renewable materials used in its construction I'll buy the "green" part. Until then, it's just another slap in the face to the world's poor.</description>
